The Nova-Storm Chronicles is a collection of interconnected books, all taking place within the same shared Multiverse, eventually concluding in the as-of-yet unfinished and unreleased 'Thrones After Time' series. So the question arises: "Where do I start?"

The Thrones of Time books were the first stories I wrote, back in 2015, and I published them over the course of 2018, 2019, and 2020. Being the first books I wrote, my writing has noticeably improved since then - so do note that if you decide to start with this series, you will be reading my first books, stories I started writing when I was 15, and finished when I was 19. I still stand by these books, in fact they're foundational to the lore of the Chronicles, but I do sometimes cringe at some of my old writing quirks / mistakes. If you don't mind following my writing journey and watching as I improve, then by all means, start where I did: at the beginning. This Science Fiction / Fantasy series deals with Time Travel, Celestial Gods, war, and tragedy... It is the darkest and most lore-heavy of the books.

The Joe Wizard's Traveling Castle series started in 2019. The idea was to create an ongoing kids' book series with a sort of bed-time story feel to it. These books are very different from the rest of the Nova-Storm Chronicles, in that I do not plan for them to ever end, and they are aimed toward children. These stories have no importance whatsoever to the over-all plot of the Nova-Storm Chronicles, and they can be ignored entirely. Consider Joe Wizard's Traveling Castle as side-stories,  simple adventures that can be read at any time, in any order. They're only connected to the over-all Chronicles by way of small cameos and easter-eggs at most. This would be a good starting point for younger readers, or for those looking to get back into reading with shorter books.

The Void Jumpers series is the latest addition to the canon, and it's a fan-favorite. This Sci-Fi / Fantasy series is a lighter entry in the Chronicles, less lore-heavy, more light-hearted, and more geared toward comedy and adventure. This series opens the Multiverse and can serve as a foundation for the canon of the Chronicles. It was intended as an alternate starting point, alongside Thrones of Time. Being the most recent books, they're the best I've written, in my, and others', opinions. Void Jumpers: Volume 2: By Wings of Chaos, might well be my favorite book. The series is a quick read, across two volumes, telling two halves of one concentrated tale. For those looking to get hooked on the series, this is, in my opinion, the best place to start.

So... Where do you start? Well, the series will eventually end with the Thrones of Time + Void Jumpers crossover sequel series called: Thrones After Time. I am currently writing the series with a planned release timeline of 2028, 2029, and 2030.

So, before those come out, read Thrones of Time, and Void Jumpers! Both are required to read Thrones After Time, but either can serve as a starting point.

Jump in with Void Jumpers if you want to start and finish a story quickly, if you want something more light-hearted, or if you want to start with my best work.

Alternatively, if you're already sold on the concept, if you're ready to jump into a lore-rich trilogy, and if you don't mind reading the work of a high-schooler, start with Thrones of Time.

Or if it simply comes down to whether you'd like to read about time travel first, or the Multiverse first - whatever it may be, either series is a perfectly valid starting point.

And, when it comes to Joe Wizard, you can read any of those at any time, or, not at all. Start with them, or ignore them. If your goal is simply to experience the plot of The Nova-Storm Chronicles, then don't worry about those. But, if you're a completionist, or if you enjoy easter eggs, or if you just feel like checking them out, thank you.

It means a lot to me that anyone is interested in any aspect of this series at all... So at the end of the day, if you read any of my books, that's all that matters to me.
